Our tasting notes are as follow:
Color: Warm Gold
Nose: Lovely and bright at first sniff with Granny Smith apples, green grapes, poached pears, and gooseberries followed by ginger snap cookies, candy necklaces, earthy ground pepper and finally distant oak
Palate: Pleasing oak spice to the front with warming notes of cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper down the middle of the tongue then baked apples, more poached pears, and rich malted barley notes
Finish: Moderate length with lingering barley sweetness, hints of pear, and dark chocolate

Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel was founded in 2013. Israel's first whisky distillery uses four stainless steel washbacks and two copper stills. While distillery capacity sits at 800,000 liters of pure alcohol per year current production is set at 200,000 lpa. Like in India and Taiwan maturation occurs incredibly quickly and the angel's share can be six or seven times that experienced in Scotland.
