Our tasting notes are as follows:
Color: Polished Bronze
Nose: Chocolate covered apricots, banana smoothie with toasted coconut shreds, baked fennel, booze spiked coffee with a generous amount of cream, hints of rain water around the edges, balanced and quite inviting
Palate: Nutty from the start, quite fizzy on the tongue yet oily, chocolate covered toffee, rich brown spices, tamarind juice cut with Mexican vanilla extract
Finish: Long finish. Fennel comes back along with gritty Mexican dark chocolate/hot cocoa finish
On the label: Intense fruitiness driven by malt and oak then notes of coffee seamlessly segue into a rich chocolatey nuttiness and a long warming finish
