Woodinville 6 Bourbon
$95.00
Our tasting notes are as follows:
Color: Amber
Nose: Opens on freshly sawn oak but that's quickly followed by notes of melted butter poured over warm popcorn, toasted brioche buns, fresh forest rain, and then cocoa nibs around the edges of the glass.
Palate: The warmth from the nose continues on the palate with notes of warm buttered corn on the cob, apple crumble with toasted oats and cinnamon sprinkled over the top, and even powdered ginger. Stick with it and notes of boiled peanuts appear along the edges of the tongue.
Finish: A long and pleasant drying oakiness with lingering ginger, cracked black pepper, and even petrichor (trust us!).
On the label: Spirit of Collaboration Since 2011
