This Clear Creek bottling is a distillation of Bridgeport Brewing's (from Portland City) very last liquid ever brewed at the brewery. The beer itself was their Kingpin IPA which was first finished in barrels before it was distilled, and then matured in a 1st fill Bourbon Barrel.

While the tasting notes are listed below we can tell you this is like drinking whisky in Technicolor!

Tasting Notes

NOSE: One for the Light Whisky lovers amongst us: Turkish Delight leads the way with orange oil, orange blossom honey drizzled over baklava, lemon zest, cherry Wax Lips, Bakewell tarts (thinking almond, icing sugar, and cherry), and just a hint of white chocolate around the edges of the glass

PALATE: A wonderful oily mouthfeel with tart blood orange, cold brewed white peony tea, hop oil, cardamom, candied fennel seed, and white pepper, becoming herbaceous as it transitions towards the finish

FINISH: A delicate finish with a lingering waxy texture, the Turkish Delight remains with echoes of orange blossom honey
