Tasting Notes

NOSE: Warm grain, soft toffee, croissants fresh from the oven, plump dehydrated apricots & dehydrated pineapple, ripe pears, subtle hint of oak shavings.

PALATE: Pleasing oiliness, bright and fresh with ripe mango, white peaches, cereal sweetness, sugar cookies, and walnut skins then black licorice and drying oak as it transitions into the finish.

FINISH: Moderate length with lingering black licorice and drying oak, note the ripe mango becoming more like dehydrated mango.
