We are beyond excited to team up with High Wire for a collaboration centered around their Jimmy Red Bourbon. While most Bourbon distilleries rely on a complex blend of grains to build flavor, High Wire proves that a single, unique ingredient can do it all. By focusing entirely on the rare Jimmy Red corn, they’ve crafted a spirit so expressive and multifaceted that it defies everything you thought you knew about Bourbon mashbills.

When it came time to select our first-ever single barrel of "Jimmy Red," we decided to take the Spinal Tap approach and crank the entire experience up to 11. This particular barrel captures the raw, complex soul of the grain and pushes it to its absolute limit. It is a bold, high-definition take on a modern classic. We believe we’ve captured lightning in a bottle with this release. Zap!
