Smooth Ambler 9 Year Old

We’re heading to the hills of West Virginia for this collaboration with the folks at Smooth Ambler. By the time they distilled this Bourbon back in 2016, they already had six years of expertise under their belts, proving they know exactly how to coax the best flavors out of their grains and a barrel. 

For this release, we’ve selected a 9 year old High Rye Bourbon that is a masterclass in balance. With a mashbill featuring 36% rye, you can expect a playful kick of bright spice, but the real magic is how that grain works to highlight the rich, honeyed sweetness of the corn. It’s a sophisticated yet incredibly fun pour, and we couldn’t be happier to share this West Virginian gem with you!
