Our Clear Creek 5 year old whisky is a true original distilled from a barrel-aged IPA, then matured for five years in a first-fill bourbon barrel. Our High Wire 5 year old bourbon, made from 100% Jimmy Red corn and aged five years in new charred oak, is a softer, sweeter counterpoint. It’s a rich cinnamon hug with a side of graham crackers, bran muffins, and dark chocolate-covered vanilla toffee.
