Tasting Notes

NOSE: Opens on freshly steeped barley, candy necklaces, and baseball card chewing gum, bready notes appear around the edges of the glass

PALATE: Whoa! There’s unmistakeable smoke on the palate! Where did that come from? Band-Aids and fresh hospital bandages, charred oak and scorched toast lead the way but in time there’s also grilled peaches, toasted marshmallow, and warm granola 

FINISH: Long and luxurious, the smoke mellows and gives way to lingering toasted marshmallow complexity
