Tasting Notes

NOSE: Opens on pronounced rich butterscotch sweetness (Werther’s Originals, anyone?), crème brûlée, and melting vanilla ice-cream before the toasted oak begins to appear with a warm nuttiness and hints of garam masala.

PALATE: Wonderfully mouthcoating with another round of rich butterscotch sweetness, the warmth of garam masala continues to balance the sweetness with cinnamon notes coming to the fore.

FINISH: The toasted oak lingers on the palate while the rich butterscotch notes take on a more complementary role making for an interesting inversion at the tail end of the experience.
