Auchroisk 15yo, Trinidadian Rum Barrel: Halloween candy for adults. It has remarkable sweetness and heft, with heavy notes of white chocolate, cream soda, milk chocolate-covered Turkish Delight, and pistachio cream, plus chocolate-covered Digestive Biscuits and the faintest hint of lavender.

Ben Nevis 8yo, 2nf Fill Bourbon Barrel: Opening with earthy notes of damp malt and petrichor, this spirit quickly develops into a deeply warming palate defined by rich malt, Ovaltine, and raisins. The experience concludes with a long, comforting finish of warm earth and lingering grey pepper, providing a satisfying sense of heat that balances the initial "distillery funk."
