Tasting Notes

NOSE: A fruity delight! Lots of juicy pear, icing sugar coated lemon drops, bright and inviting.

PALATE: A bakers treat, we found fresh vanilla custard slices, peach melba and more of those juicy pears.

FINISH: The finish has a crisp apple and malty biscuits to prevent us going into sugar overload. Really well rounded and drew us back in immediately!

Description

Glen Grant distillery is tucked away in Speyside in Rothes along with 4 other distilleries. The malt whisky produced here is renown for its light and delicate style. This cask gave us lots of peach melba and fruity sweet treats. It’s a beautiful Speyside dram.
