NOSE: Coastal and sandy with a pine forest in the background, pleasing minerality in the form of rocks on the shore surrounding a doused beach fire, salted licorice, green apple with hints of barnyard

PALATE: Soft entry with warming wood smoke, cinnamon bark, candied fennel seeds, white birch beer, celery salt, gripping peated malt, gently herbaceous

FINISH: The wood smoke lingers the longest with hints of salted licorice, wet hay, and cinnamon bark
