New Kidz on da Block

The "New Kidz on da Block" whisky bundle showcases three exciting distilleries: Dalmunach, Lochlea, and Raasay. Dalmunach, built on the ruins of the old Imperial Distillery, has been producing whisky for a bit over a decade. We sourced its spirit from bourbon cask and filled a Miguel Martin sherry butt over five years ago, resulting in a rich Speysider with notes of stewed apricots, quince jam, red licorice, coffee, and cloves.

Next is our Lochlea, a distillery near and dear to Jason heart, and distilled by John Campbell, formerly of Laphroaig. This bourbon barrel matured whisky features flavors of lemon bars, milk chocolate, cashews, and cigar wrappers, made from estate barley grown on their own farm which was once owned by Scotland’s Bard, Robbie Burns.

Finally, Raasay, located on the Isle of Raasay, offers a peated spirit that captures the essence of the Western Highlands with coastal, piney, and fruity notes of green apple, candied fennel seeds, and white birch beer. Grab a bundle to experience the unique character of all three distilleries!
