Our 6year old Balcones American Single Malt is lightly peated but matured in new charred oak, letting barrel sweetness tame the smoke. Expect smoked molasses, toffee apples, chocolate-covered orange peels, salted mixed nuts, candied ginger, and baked apples dusted with cinnamon plus a lingering campfire smoke and lit-cigar richness. Our 7 year old Boulder Spirits American Single Malt is unpeated, offering lush berry notes, ripe apricots, and an unforgettable mouthfeel that speaks to its craft, our our demanding selection process. And, finally, from Scotland, our 8 year old Ben Nevis delivers earthy, funky depth with bakery goods, chocolate-covered raisins, and malted milk balls. A massive treat for Ben Nevis lovers.
